HVAC Work in CH 1
We now have windows in our new E Franklin Street school! Right now they are boarded up, but soon the glazing for the windows will be installed. Electrical and HVAC work continues on the interior of the building and we expect the drywall to be installed very soon. The exterior stone work, which runs around the base of the entire building is now complete and a new concrete sidewalk has been poured. When the sandy colored stucco siding is finished the exterior will be very handsome. Some preliminary grading has been done around the sides and back of the building, where the playgrounds will be. Stay tuned for more updates!
